The Role: Head TPA (Insurance Empanelment & Business Development)
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented leader to manage our relationships with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and drive business growth through insurance channels. This role is critical to strengthening our market position and ensuring seamless service for our patients.
Your Key Responsibilities will Involve:
- Spearheading insurance empanelment initiatives across the Sterling Hospitals network.
- Developing and implementing business development strategies focused on TPAs and corporate clients.
- Nurturing strong relationships with insurance companies and other key partners.
- Leading a team to achieve ambitious sales and marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with extensive experience in healthcare sales and marketing.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Designation: Head TPA (Insurance Empanelment & Business Development)
- Job Location: Corporate Office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate (Preferred)
- Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience.
- Industry Preference: Hospital Sales and Marketing, Health Care, or the Insurance Industry.
