Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports in compliance with GAAP and hospital policies
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, ensuring timely filings
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits, maintaining audit-ready records
- Handle cash flow management, vendor payments, and expense tracking
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate employee reimbursements
- Implement cost control measures and analyze financial data for management reporting
Desired Profile
- 6-7 years of experience in accounts, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and financial software
- Experience with audit coordination and statutory compliance
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with healthcare billing and insurance claim processes (e.g., TPA, CGHS) is a plus
