Job Role
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives for contract manufacturing and P2P business models in the Indian pharmaceutical market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with pharma marketing companies, distributors, and third-party clients to secure loan license and third-party manufacturing contracts.
- Prepare and execute sales plans, supply plans, and production coordination to meet commercial goals.
- Promote Stivaph’s product portfolio, including allopathic medicines, tablets, capsules, topicals, and liquid orals, across regulated and semi-regulated markets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and regulatory standards during client interactions.
- Generate purchase requisitions (PR) and manage stock overview using ERP systems (if applicable).
Qualifications
- B.Pharm, M.Sc. (Chemistry, Biotechnology), or B.Pharm + MBA
- Freshers: Passionate B.Pharm freshers or Medical Representatives (MR) with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced Candidates: Minimum 1–5 years in pharmaceutical sales/marketing, preferably with exposure to contract manufacturing, third-party manufacturing, or P2P models.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Indian pharmaceutical markets and third-party manufacturing practices.
- Ability to negotiate commercials and achieve sales targets set by management.
- Familiarity with GMP, WHO-GMP, and PIC/S standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of supply chain coordination and production planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, for loading specifications or BOM) is a plus.
Candidate Requirements

- Updated resume highlighting relevant experience or academic achievements (for freshers).
- Photocopies of educational certificates (B.Pharm, M.Sc., MBA, or equivalent).
- Aadhar card, PAN card, and one passport-size photograph.
- For experienced candidates: Last 3 months’ pay slips or CTC proof (e.g., offer letter).
- Preferred:
- Candidates with experience in contract manufacturing or P2P sales in the pharma industry.
- Medical Representatives (MR) with a proven track record of client engagement.
- Freshers with strong presentation skills and eagerness to learn.
- Note: Candidates must mention current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period in their application.
