1. Chemist / Officer / Sr. Officer – R&D

- Key Responsibilities:
- Execute laboratory experiments per project requirements
- Maintain accurate records of lab activities and observations
- Coordinate with Pilot Plant team for scale-up and technology transfer

2. Executive – ADL (Analytical Development Lab)
- Department: R&D

- Qualification: M.Sc (Industrial / Inorganic / Applied Chemistry)
- Experience: 4-7 years in the chemical industry
- Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ICP, Surface Area Analyzer, Particle Size Analyzer, Auto Titrator
- Method development and validation for new products and raw materials
- Literature review and technical research

3. Operator – R&D (Pilot Plant)

- Ensure smooth batch process operations adhering to safety and SOPs
