We are hiring for the following roles in our Production department for the greenfield expansion:

Key Responsibilities
Sr. Manager – Production:
- Plan and oversee production to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Independently manage entire plant operations and schedules.
- Drive cost reduction, process optimization, and waste minimization.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Lead and mentor production teams, including supervisors and operators.
Asst. Manager – Production:
- Track production performance and KPIs, implementing corrective actions.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure preventive maintenance to minimize downtimes.
- Report production metrics to senior leadership.
