Job Responsibilities

Production Department

• Knowledge of cGMP, OMS Activities, and Production Planning
• Operate DCS Panel & Shift Rotation
• Handle instruments like Sifter, Reactor, Dryer, Centrifuge
• Fill BMR, BPR, Log Books and manage Manpower & Shift Work
• Experience in Packing and Handling Equipment

Engineering Department

• Oversee Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
• Independently manage Instrument Field & DCS System
• Ensure Data Integrity & Instrument Documentation

R&D Department

• Operate Pilot Plant Activities
• Manage Batch Process, Calcination, Spray Drying, Filter Process
• Execute Lab Experiments & Scale-Up Activities

Quality Assurance Department

• Handle QMS, Qualification, Validation
• Perform IPQA, Line Clearance, Sampling, Validation Activities
