Comprehensive Apprenticeship Program Details

Walk-In Interview Information

• Date: Friday, 1st August 2025
• Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Candidates are advised to arrive early)

Available Apprenticeship Positions

1. Engineering Department Apprentices

Educational Qualifications Required:

• Full-time BE/B.Tech degree in:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering

Eligibility Criteria:

• Passing year must be between 2021-2025
• Candidates must not have undergone any apprenticeship training previously
• Strong academic background with minimum 60% aggregate marks
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes preferred

Training Focus Areas:

• Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Utility operations and management
• Preventive maintenance systems
• Compliance with GMP guidelines
• Documentation and reporting procedures

2. Production Department Apprentices

Educational Qualifications Required:

• Diploma in:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
• ITI certification in Fitter trade

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2021-2025 pass outs only
• No prior apprenticeship experience
• Willingness to work in shift operations
• Basic technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment

Training Focus Areas:

• Tablet manufacturing processes
• Capsule filling operations
• Coating and compression techniques
• Packaging line operations
• Quality control checks during production

The plant manufactures a wide range of dosage forms including tablets, capsules, and injectables for domestic and international markets. As an apprentice here, you’ll be exposed to:
