Job Opportunity: Formulation Development (Orals)

Contribute to the development of oral solid dosage forms for India, US, OAM, and EM markets.

• Department: Formulation Development (Orals)
• Grade: Executive / Senior Executive
• Qualification: M.Pharm
• Experience: 2-6 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature searches and interpret data for product development
• Design primary product strategies and collaborate with team leaders
• Plan and execute formulation and process optimization trials
• Compile development data and maintain laboratory notebooks
• Support scale-up, exhibit, characterization, and validation batches
• Prepare documentation (e.g., justification of specifications, QbD, MFC)
• Work flexibly across global markets (India, US, OAM, EM)

Skills:

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Knowledge of QbD principles and GMP compliance
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
