Open Positions

1. Quality Control / Quality Assurance (QC/QA)

• Position: Officer / Senior Officer / Executive
• Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm
• Experience: 2–12 years
• Desired Exposure:
  • Quality Control (QC): Good knowledge of HPLC, GC, and stability studies in the finished product section.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Strong understanding of QMS, audits, and documentation (e.g., SOPs, deviations, CAPA).
• Job Role:
  • Perform analytical testing using HPLC and GC for finished products.
  • Conduct stability studies and ensure compliance with ICH guidelines.
  • Oversee QA activities, including batch release, audit preparation, and cGMP adherence.

2. Production (Injectable)

• Position: Officer / Senior Officer / Executive / Management Executive
• Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm
• Experience: 2–10 years
• Desired Exposure: Good knowledge of manufacturing activities for sterile formulations (e.g., vial/ampoule filling, autoclaving).
• Job Role:
  • Manage aseptic manufacturing processes for injectables in Class 100/ISO 5 environments.
  • Operate equipment like vial filling machines, autoclaves, and sealing machines.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and sterility assurance standards.

3. Production (Manufacturing & Packing – OSD)

• Position: Technician / Senior Officer / Junior Executive
• Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
• Experience: 2–10 years
• Desired Exposure:
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing activities for tablet/capsule formulations (e.g., compression, coating, granulation).
  • Familiarity with packing processes and machines (e.g., blister, strip packing).
• Job Role:
  • Operate production machines like compression (e.g., Cadmach), coating (e.g., Ganscoater), and granulation (e.g., RMG, FBD).
  • Handle packing operations, including blister packing, labeling, and Track & Trace systems.
  • Perform line clearance, in-process checks, and maintain batch records.

4. Engineering (OSD)

• Position: Senior Officer / Executive
• Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical)
• Experience: 1–8 years
• Desired Exposure:
  • Good knowledge of process engineering for OSD and non-OSD formulations.
  • Experience with water systems and utility sections (e.g., HVAC, boilers).
• Job Role:
  • Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of OSD equipment and utilities.
  • Support validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) of water systems and HVAC systems per cGMP.
  • Troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted production.

Candidate Requirements

Updated resume, last three months’ salary slips, appointment letter or last increment letter, qualification documents (ITI/Diploma/B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Tech certificates), PAN card, and Aadhar card.

Preferred Skills

• QC/QA: Proficiency in HPLC, GC, and QMS tools.
• Production (Injectable/OSD): Hands-on experience with sterile manufacturing, compression, or packing machines.
• Engineering: Familiarity with utility systems, process engineering, and validation protocols.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and data integrity.

• Freshers are not eligible for these positions.
• Candidates must have relevant pharma experience in the specified areas (injectable, OSD, or engineering).
