Job Details: Apprentice – HR Recruiter & Operations
We’re seeking motivated freshers for an apprenticeship under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) to support HR and administrative functions. This role offers hands-on experience in a USFDA-compliant facility, ideal for launching a career in pharmaceutical HR.

Key Responsibilities
- HR Recruiter:
- Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews for roles in production, QC, and R&D
- Support onboarding processes, including document verification and orientation
- Maintain candidate databases and update applicant tracking systems
- Operations:
- Manage employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
- Assist in payroll data collection and attendance tracking
- Coordinate HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
- Support compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Handle administrative tasks like scheduling, documentation, and report preparation
Key Skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations)
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn pharma industry HR practices
