- Qualification: M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Chemistry)
- Experience: 2–5 years in pharmaceutical Quality Control
- Notice Period: Immediate joining or maximum 1-month notice period
Key Responsibilities
- Stability:
- Conduct stability studies for finished products and APIs
- Prepare and review stability protocols, COA, and summary reports
- Analyze samples using HPLC, GC, UV, and FTIR
- Documentation:
- Maintain and review QC documentation (SOPs, BMR, BPR)
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and data integrity standards
- Process Validation (PV) / Cleaning Validation:
- Execute and document process and cleaning validation protocols
- Review validation reports and ensure regulatory compliance
- Analytical Method Transfer (AMT):
- Perform method validation, verification, and transfer
- Review specifications, MOA, and DMF documentation
- Activity / Purchase:
- Coordinate QC activities and manage lab consumables procurement
- Verify material specifications and vendor documentation
- Computer System Validation (CSV) Activity:
- Validate QC software and systems (e.g., LIMS, Empower)
- Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP guidelines
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR)
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines (USFDA, ICH)
- Proficiency in method validation, stability testing, and documentation
- Familiarity with CSV, data integrity, and QMS (CAPA, deviations)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in injectables or biopharmaceuticals is a plus
