Key Responsibilities
The role is critical to maintaining our quality standards within the production department. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling and documenting Change Control requests.
- Managing and investigating Deviation Reports.
- Thoroughly investigating Market Complaints.
- Addressing OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) results.
- Implementing effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to prevent recurrence.
