Position: Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Management

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-5 years in Supply Chain Management (SCM) within the API Pharma sector
  • Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm, B.Sc. in Chemistry or any related field
  • Location: Head Office

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to align supply with demand.
  • Ensure knowledge of regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical product dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, dispatch, and transportation documents.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Coordinate with regulatory teams for documentation related to product movement.
  • Analyze sales forecasts and market trends to plan procurement and production schedules.
  • Plan and schedule dispatches based on priority and customer requirements.
  • Oversee warehouse operations and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
  • Manage inventory levels to meet production and sales demands.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with other Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) sites.
