This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience to immerse themselves in the world of clinical research project management.

Key Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities

As a Trainee Research Associate, you will be integral to our project management team. Your role will be hands-on, providing you with comprehensive experience in the lifecycle of clinical research projects.

• Client & Sponsor Communication: Act as a key point of contact, providing support to clients regarding our CRO services and resolving project-related queries between sponsors and internal teams.
• Project Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth support and development of clinical research projects, ensuring deliverables are met according to agreed timelines and conditions.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Learn to plan, monitor, and control various project phases. You will be responsible for updating management on the progress and activities of multiple projects.
• Documentation: Gain experience in preparing crucial documents, including service agreements, confidential project-related paperwork, and in-house Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Regulatory Affairs: A key part of your role will involve ensuring the timely submission of documents for DCGI NOC (No Objection Certificate) for BA/BE studies, a critical step for regulatory approval. You can learn more about this process on the official CDSCO website.
• Additional Duties: Undertake any other responsibilities as delegated by the Head of Project Management and Biopharmaceutics.

• Qualifications: MBA, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm
• Experience: 0 to 1+ years. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
