Open Position: Phlebotomist
We are hiring for the role of Phlebotomist in our Clinical Research Department. Below are the details:

Job Responsibilities
- Sample Collection: Perform Breath Alcohol Tests, Urine Pregnancy Tests, Urine Drug Screens, and biological blood sample collection as per study protocols.
- Sample Preparation: Prepare and label vacutainers, polypropylene tubes (Ria Vials), zip lock bags, and normal saline for clinical trials.
- Cannulation & Processing: Conduct cannulation, collect, process, and store biological samples following protocol guidelines.
- Sample Shipment: Coordinate sample shipments to external pathology labs, Bioanalytical Research Departments, or sponsors as required.
- Instrument Maintenance: Handle calibration and preventive maintenance of clinical department instruments to ensure accuracy.
- Sample Segregation: Manage sample segregation activities with precision and compliance.
- Environmental Monitoring: Record temperature and humidity to maintain controlled conditions.
- SOP Development: Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure standardized processes.
- Training: Conduct SOP and practical training for team members to uphold clinical research standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).
- Experience: 0-2+ years in phlebotomy or clinical research; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Detail-oriented, proficient in sample handling, and familiar with clinical trial protocols.
- Preference: Immediate joiners are preferred to meet project timelines.
