Skills/Qualifications
- M.Tech degree with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital pathology analysis software packages such as HALO, Visiopharm, Definiens, Inform, Fiji, and/or Aperio Image Analysis.
- Proven expertise in developing image processing and deep learning architectures, including CNN, RNN, GAN, and related models for feature extraction, object detection, and classification.
- Excellent programming proficiency in one or more analytics tools: Python, R, and/or MATLAB.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex biological imaging datasets in a regulated pharma environment.
- Experience in a CRDMO or pharmaceutical research setting is highly advantageous.
