Job Details
Position: QC Analyst – Microbiology
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. Microbiology
Key Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process, finished product, and stability samples.
- Conduct Bioburden Test, Microbial Limit Test (MLT), and Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET).
- Handle chemical analysis of various water grades (PW/WFI/POW).
- Carry out environmental monitoring of clean rooms in the QC Microbiology laboratory.
- Manage microbiological activities including media preparation, sterilization, culture maintenance, and disposal.
- Review temperature and differential pressure monitoring data in the microbiology lab.
- Ensure adherence to EHSS (Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability) and quality guidelines at all times.
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong knowledge in microbial analysis of OSD products, injectables, and water systems.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and flexible to work in shifts.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative team player.
