Job Details

Position: Analytical Development (Injectables)
Qualifications: M.Pharm / M.Sc.
Experience: 3–9 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine analysis of samples: Conduct regular analysis on various samples to ensure quality and compliance.
• Method development & troubleshooting: Develop, validate, and troubleshoot analytical methods for a range of injectables.
• Instrument calibrations: Perform calibrations on various analytical instruments including:
  • Zetasizer
  • Mastersizer
  • HPLC
  • UPLC
  • GC
  • Dissolution (I, II, IV)
  • LC-MS
  • GC-MS
• Regulatory documentation & report preparation: Prepare and maintain regulatory compliance documentation and analytical reports.
• Working knowledge of GxP: Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Experience with ELN: Proficient use of Electronic Laboratory Notebooks.
• Assay knowledge: Understanding of assay methodologies, degradation products, cleaning methods, liposomes/microspheres, free & bound API assays, etc.
