Position Overview
Syngene is looking for dedicated and motivated B.Com graduates from the 2024 batch to join our team as a Facility Management Executive. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers interested in gaining experience in facility operations, maintenance, and management in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facility Operations:
Assist in daily facility operations and maintenance tasks. - Vendor and Service Management:
Support the management of vendor relationships and service contracts. - Maintenance Coordination:
Help coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Space Planning:
Participate in space planning and resource allocation. - Budget Management:
Assist in managing facility budgets and implementing cost-control measures. - Facility Inspections:
Conduct regular inspections to maintain optimal conditions.
Qualifications
