Role: Chemical Research Executive/R&D Scientist
We’re seeking 10 talented professionals to join our R&D team in Vizag. This role is ideal for those with hands-on experience in chemical process development.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong exposure to process development and technology transfer
- Conduct lab experiments and prepare development reports
- Perform feasibility studies and support plant-level process execution
- Execute pilot plant batches and prepare purge samples
- Troubleshoot production issues effectively
- Provide regulatory filing support with knowledge of guidelines and impurities
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 2-5 years in chemical research or R&D
- Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry or related field (preferred)
- Skills: Lab experimentation, report preparation, regulatory knowledge (ICH guidelines, impurities profiling)
- Attributes: Analytical mindset, problem-solving, attention to detail
