Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end R&D operations for APIs, Intermediates, and IPM
- Oversee process development, scale-up, and technology transfer
- Manage analytical development, IP filings, and regulatory compliance
- Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing R&D team
- Drive innovation strategies to align with business goals
- Ensure readiness for global regulatory audits and approvals
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Master’s or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry (Ph.D. preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of R&D experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in:
- Process Development
- Analytical R&D
- Intellectual Property (IP) Management
- Regulatory Readiness
