Open Position: Project Research Scientist (Non-Medical)

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform bioinformatics analysis of cancer genomics data
  • Analyze NGS datasets including whole genome, exome, transcriptomic, and targeted gene panel sequencing
  • Establish in-house bioinformatics pipelines for genomic data interpretation
  • Work with biological and clinical samples to identify genomic predictors of treatment failure
  • Support data management, scripting, and statistical analysis

Eligibility Criteria
