Open Position: Project Research Scientist (Non-Medical)
Job Responsibilities
- Perform bioinformatics analysis of cancer genomics data
- Analyze NGS datasets including whole genome, exome, transcriptomic, and targeted gene panel sequencing
- Establish in-house bioinformatics pipelines for genomic data interpretation
- Work with biological and clinical samples to identify genomic predictors of treatment failure
- Support data management, scripting, and statistical analysis
