Job Role and Responsibilities

Position: Back Office Operations – Data Processing Transactions
Experience: 0-6 months

As a Back Office Operations associate, you will:

Process and manage data transactions accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with operational protocols and quality standards.
Support backend operations for TCS BPS clients, contributing to seamless business processes.
Collaborate with teams to maintain data integrity and meet client deliverables.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Full-time graduates from BA, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc. (excluding BCA, B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc.-CS, B.Sc.-IT) from a recognized university/college.
Batch: 2024 and 2025 graduates only.
Qualification: Highest qualification must be a graduate degree (no postgraduates for this role).
Availability: Willingness to work in any shift and at any TCS Nagpur office.
Restrictions: Candidates who appeared for a TCS interview in the last 90 days are not eligible.
Verification: Eligibility will be thoroughly checked before the test process.

Selection Process

The selection process includes:

Aptitude Test: Assesses analytical and problem-solving skills.
