Work Location: TCS Indore
Registration: Create a DT profile under BPS category at TCS NextStep Portal.

Job Role: Back Office Operations (Transaction Processing)

• Year of Passing: 2023, 2024, 2025
• Qualification: Full-time graduates in B.Com, BAF, BBI, BBA, BCA, BBM, BMS, BA, B.Sc (except Agriculture/Horticulture)
• Experience: 0–6 months (freshers preferred)
• Skills: Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and teamwork
• Selection Process: Aptitude Test followed by Interview

Eligibility:

• Highest qualification must be graduate only (postgraduates not eligible)
• Open to work in shifts
• Minimum 60% aggregate in 10th, 12th, and graduation
• No active backlogs; academic gap not exceeding 24 months
