Job Details
- Role: Back Office Operations (Transaction Processing)
- Experience: 0-6 Months (Freshers preferred)
- Qualification: Full-time graduates from B.Com, BAF, BBI, BBA, BCA, BBM, BMS, BA (excluding Agriculture/Horticulture) from 2023 or 2024 batches, from a recognized university/college. Note: Highest qualification must be graduate-level only (postgraduates not eligible).
Key Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process transactional data with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle back-office operations, including data verification and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and client requirements.
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Shift Timings: Rotational shifts (flexibility required).
Selection Process
- Eligibility Check: Verification of academic documents and eligibility criteria.
- Aptitude Test: Assesses logical reasoning, numerical ability, and verbal skills.
