Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Provide administrative support, including preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
Ad Operations
- Coordinate the delivery of broadcast ads and ensure accuracy in timelines and compliance.
Client Management
- Build strong client relationships, address queries, and resolve issues promptly.
Data Management
- Maintain detailed and accurate sales data, ad delivery, and client interaction records.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate reports on sales performance, ad delivery, and client trends.
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, and operations.
Process Improvement
- Propose and implement strategies to enhance workflows and boost productivity.
Eligibility & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (regular, 10+2+3 years).
Experience
- 1–2 years in sales coordination, ad operations, or related fields.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with ad operation software is an advantage.
