Job Description
As a Customer Support Associate, you will assist customers over the phone with faults and account queries. You will work in a well-resourced environment, providing you with the tools and opportunities to enhance your knowledge of the banking process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any degree (UG & PG) is acceptable; education and career gaps will be accepted with valid reasons.
- Languages Required:
- Must speak Hindi plus any two of the following languages: Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Oriya, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Marathi.
- Age Limit: Less than 32 years.
- Availability: Immediate joiners (within 3-4 days).
- Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
- Shift Timing: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
