Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Establishing a positive relationship with all clients and customers in person.
- Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
Eligibility
- Education: Undergraduate/Graduates (all are eligible).
- Experience: Fresher/Experienced candidates can apply.
- Skills: Must be comfortable with English.
