Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate medical records and patient data in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Process and verify clinical documentation, including patient histories and treatment plans.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Use healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHR/EMR software) for data entry and retrieval.
