Advantmed is actively hiring for 3 positions of Technical Business Analyst in the Product Management department. This role is perfect for experienced BAs who understand the nuances of US healthcare systems, particularly in areas involving medical coding and quality measures like HEDIS. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions in an Agile environment.

Skills/Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience specifically in US Healthcare domain
- Strong background in Medical Coding or HEDIS processes
- Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Lucidchart, Visio, basic SQL queries, and Confluence
- Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe BA, Agile BA, or HL7 FHIR Foundation
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with Product Owners and end users
- Ability to define detailed requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners to break down Epics and Features into detailed User Stories
- Define clear acceptance criteria, edge cases, and negative test scenarios
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users
- Triage and resolve feedback in collaboration with Product Owners
- Support overall product development in an Agile/Waterfall hybrid environment
