Open Positions and Requirements
Production (API)
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or related fields)
- Experience: 2-6 years
- Salary Range: Up to ₹5 lakhs per annum
- Skills: Expertise in API manufacturing, batch execution, equipment handling (reactors, filters), GMP documentation, and process optimization
- Responsibilities: Operate production equipment, ensure compliance with cGMP, and support quality control processes
Synthesis R&D
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Organic Chemistry preferred)
- Experience: 3-6 years
- Salary Range: Up to ₹6 lakhs per annum
- Skills: Knowledge of organic synthesis, impurity synthesis, method development, route scouting, and analytical skills (HPLC, GC)
- Responsibilities: Develop and scale up synthesis processes, conduct literature searches, and prepare regulatory documentation.
