Qualifications:
- Degree: M.Pharm
- Experience: 1-5 Years in Research & Development
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analytical Development
- Develop and validate various analytical methods, including HPLC, GC, and spectroscopic techniques.
- Conduct wet chemical analyses and verify compendial procedures.
- Analyze FD support samples, multimedia dissolution tests, and lab-scale stability samples.
- Prepare Standard Test Procedures (STPs) and Method Development summary reports.
2. Formulation Development
- Engage in the development of pharmaceutical formulations, focusing on both injectable and oral solid dosage (OSD) forms compliant with regulated markets.
- Work on dosage forms like liquid injections, lyophilized products, tablets, and capsules.
- Establish drug-excipient compatibility studies during formulation development.
3. Documentation and Compliance
- Prepare thorough documentation for in-house developed analytical methods, Standard Testing Procedures, and product specifications.
- Monitor instrument calibration schedules and perform necessary calibrations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Create Technical Transfer Documents (TTDs) to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Regulatory Support
- Collaborate with the Regulatory Department in the product filing process for various health agencies.
- Actively participate in regulatory audits and ensure adherence to compliance standards during development and manufacturing processes.
