We’re hiring for Formulation Development and Analytical Development roles in our R&D department, focusing on oral solid dosage (OSD) forms like tablets and capsules for regulated markets.

Key Responsibilities
Formulation Development
- Develop pharmaceutical OSD formulations (tablets, capsules) for regulated markets (USFDA, MHRA).
- Prepare Technology Transfer Documents (TTD) ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Support scale-up, optimization, and exhibit batch manufacturing.
- Assist regulatory department with product filings for global agencies.
- Participate in regulatory audits, ensuring cGMP compliance.
Analytical Development
- Develop analytical methods using HPLC, GC, spectroscopic, and wet chemical techniques.
- Verify compendial procedures and perform multimedia dissolution studies.
- Analyze formulation development support samples and lab-scale stability samples.
- Conduct drug-excipient compatibility studies during formulation development.
- Prepare Standard Test Procedures (STPs), method development summaries, and specifications.
- Monitor and perform instrument calibration per schedule.
