Job Opportunity: Plant Head (General Block)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Head to lead the operations of our General Block in Nalagarh. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional who excels at operational management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the General Block operations, including production, packaging, and storage. Ensure efficient and effective processes.
• Production Management: Optimize production schedules to meet demands while maintaining product quality and minimizing waste.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all operations adhere to relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals within the General Block.
• Safety Management: Enforce a culture of safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
• Budget Management: Manage the operational budget for the General Block.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, specifically in a general block setting.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (Tablets, Capsules, Dry Syrup, Ointment).
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Experience with budget management and cost control.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: ₹24-30 Lakhs Per Annum
