Job Overview: HR Manager – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Location: Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh
Experience: 8–10 years in HR, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Education: MBA or PG degree in HR / Personnel Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs focused on building a high-performance workforce
• Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and internal policies
• Drive training and development initiatives along with performance management systems for continuous improvement
• Foster industrial relations, employee safety, and welfare initiatives to maintain a positive work environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing compliance and HR best practices
• Proven leadership and communication skills to manage diverse HR functions
