Job Description
TherDose Pharma is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead oncology product sales and business development in the Delhi region.
This role involves driving sales targets, managing a team of medical representatives, building relationships with oncologists and key opinion leaders (KOLs), and ensuring strong market penetration for the company’s oncology portfolio in a competitive therapeutic segment.

Skills/Qualifications
- Proven track record of minimum 3 years in oncology product sales/marketing
- Strong knowledge of oncology therapy area, products, competitors, and treatment protocols
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with HCPs (oncologists, hematologists)
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
