Role and Responsibilities
As a Project Support Coordinator, you’ll provide administrative and technical support to ensure the smooth execution of clinical trials. Key responsibilities include:
- Trial Coordination: Oversee and complete assigned trial activities per the task matrix, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Document Management: Support maintenance of study-specific documentation, including study team lists, training requirements, and system access management (CTMS, Oracle Activate, eTMF).
- File Reviews: Conduct department, internal, country, and investigator file reviews, documenting findings and ensuring resolution.
- Audit Readiness: Maintain audit-ready study documents and address non-compliance issues with proposed resolutions.
- Administrative Tasks: Process documents for eTMF, perform mass mailings, and prepare reports for team members.
- Meeting Support: Schedule client/internal meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Metrics and Tracking: Export and reconcile study metrics, manage vendor trackers, and compile Investigator Site Files (ISF) and pharmacy binders.
Qualifications and Experience
To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education: High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent; relevant academic/vocational qualifications. Technical roles may require certification.
- Experience: 0–4 years of relevant experience demonstrating required knowledge and skills.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in clinical systems (CTMS, Oracle Activate, eTMF).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with multitasking and deadline management skills.
Preferred: Familiarity with clinical research processes and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
