We’re hiring for Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC) departments. Below are the details:

Production

• Officer/Trainee (B.Sc., B.Pharm.):
  • Operate equipment for tablets, capsules, liquids, or injectables (e.g., granulators, compression machines, filling lines).
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and maintain production documentation.
  • Experience: 1-5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Trainee (ITI, D.Pharm.):
  • Assist in production processes, equipment cleaning, and batch record maintenance.
  • Support alternate shift operations under supervision.
  • Eligibility: 2023-2024 pass-outs, no backlogs.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Officer:
  • Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities, including line clearance and batch monitoring.
  • Manage QMS processes (CAPA, deviations, change control) and SOP execution.
  • Prepare for internal and external audits (USFDA, WHO-GMP).
  • Experience: 1-5 years in QA, preferably in pharmaceuticals or nutraceuticals.

Quality Control (QC)

• Officer:
  • Conduct testing using HPLC, GC, or microbiological methods for raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), finished goods (FG), and stability samples.
  • Validate analytical methods and calibrate instruments.
  • Maintain GLP-compliant documentation.
  • Experience: 1-5 years in QC, with expertise in HPLC or microbiological testing.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualifications:
  • B.Sc. (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology), B.Pharm. for Officer roles.
  • ITI (Fitter, Electrical), D.Pharm. for Trainee roles (2023-2024 pass-outs).
• Experience:
  • 1-5 years for Officer roles in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical manufacturing.
  • Freshers (2023-2024) for Trainee roles, with no active backlogs.
• Skills:
  • Production: Knowledge of tablet/capsule manufacturing, equipment operation, cGMP.
  • QA: Expertise in IPQA, QMS, audit readiness.
  • QC: Proficiency in HPLC, GC, microbiological testing, GLP documentation.
  • Strong communication and willingness to work in alternate shifts.
• Preferences: Experience in USFDA/WHO-GMP-regulated plants, familiarity with nutraceuticals, and commitment to quality.
• Work Location: Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh (on-site).
