Job Details
- Designation: Executive – SCM (E-Commerce & Modern Trade Operations)
- Location: Corporate Office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Torrent House, Off. Ashram Road, Ahmedabad – 380009)
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce/modern trade

Key Responsibilities
Order-to-Delivery Management
- Monitor and manage orders from e-commerce portals (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central, Nykaa Seller, JioMart Partner Portal) and modern trade platforms
- Ensure timely order processing, allocation, and dispatch with CFA and logistics teams
Portal Management & Data Reporting
- Download and analyze data on orders, inventory, returns, rejections, and payments
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports (fill rates, OTD, IFD, returns, deductions)
Issue Resolution & Reconciliation
- Investigate discrepancies (payment deductions, stock rejections, shortages, damages)
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and logistics for payment reconciliation and dispute resolution
- Manage claims for deductions with proper documentation
- Oversee returns process, coordinating reverse logistics and credit note issuance
Compliance & Relationship Management
- Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and SLAs of e-commerce/modern trade partners
- Build strong relationships with platform and partner supply chain teams
- Stay updated on industry best practices and operational requirements
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) for efficient operations
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Qualifications: B.Pharm/B.Tech/B.E. with MBA or other postgraduate courses (preferred, based on similar SCM roles)
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in supply chain management, with e-commerce/modern trade experience preferred
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle mandatory)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and modern trade operations
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Understanding of financial reconciliation for trade deductions
- Proactive approach to resolving operational challenges
- Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad and commit long-term
