Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) and Bio-Pharma

Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Method Development & Validation:
- Expertise in HPLC, GC, and IC method development, validation, and transfer for APIs, complex oral solid dosage (OSD) forms, and generics (e.g., long-acting injectables, nasal sprays, peptide injections/OSDs, oncology, and topical products).
- Proficiency in peptide characterization and clinically relevant dissolution method development (IVIVC/IVIVR).
- Nitrosamine and genotoxic impurity method development, validation, and transfer using LCMS/GCMS.
- Analytical Techniques:
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, Ion Chromatography, particle size analyzers, NG/G Tube, IVRT/IVPT, and solid-state/impurity characterization.
- Preparation of STPs for APIs, excipients, key starting materials (KSM), intermediates, in-process, and formulation testing.
- Regulatory & Compliance:
- Familiarity with USP, EP, BP, IP, and current regulatory guidelines (ICH, EMEA, FDA).
- Experience working with CROs, CDMOs, and CTLs for method development and validation across regulated, semi-regulated, and Indian markets.
- Dissolution Expertise:
- Development of dissolution methods, comparative and multimedia dissolution, statistical evaluation, and report preparation.
- Support & Analysis:
- Routine analysis, formulation development (FD) support, comparative evaluation of vendor methods, and regulatory impact analysis.
- Instrument calibration and adherence to GLP practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3–8 years in analytical development or bio-pharma.
- Qualifications: M.Pharm or M.Sc.
- Skills:
- Strong technical expertise in analytical instruments and method validation.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Understanding of ICH guidelines and regulatory expectations.
