Open Position: Executive – Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
We’re seeking skilled professionals to support our analytical development efforts for API and complex pharmaceutical products.
Job Details
- Grade: Executive
- Experience: 3–8 years
- Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc.
Key Skills:
- HPLC/GC/IC method development, feasibility, verification, equivalency, and validation for API, complex OSD products, oncology products, and topical products
- Exposure to regulated, semi-regulated, and India markets
- Comparative evaluation of methods with alternative vendor methods vs. primary vendor, including regulatory impact analysis
- Dissolution development, comparative and multimedia dissolution, statistical evaluation, and report preparation
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (HPLC, IC, GC, etc.)
- NI/GI & NDSRI with LCMS/GCMS expertise, solid-state characterization, and API sameness studies (ICH/EMEA/FDA)
- In-vitro studies, E&L, IVPT/IVRT, impurity characterization, and sameness studies
- Maintenance and calibration of lab instruments/equipment
- Familiarity with USP/EP/BP/JP and current regulatory guidelines
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate analytical methods for pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct comparative studies and regulatory impact assessments.
- Support R&D through solid-state characterization and in-vitro testing.
