Job Responsibilities
As an Executive in the Quality Assurance (Cleaning Validation) department, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating knowledge of current regulatory requirements for cleaning validation.
- Preparing cleaning validation matrices and identifying worst-case scenarios using approaches like MACO (Maximum Allowable Carryover) and solubility.
- Drafting and reviewing cleaning validation protocols, reports, and master plans.
- Calculating surface areas for equipment and performing swab and rinse sampling.
- Conducting visual inspections of direct and indirect contact parts.
- Applying knowledge of DEHT (Designated Equipment Hold Time), CEHT (Cleaning Equipment Hold Time), and campaign cleaning processes.
