Open Position: General Manager/Deputy General Manager Projects
We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee pharmaceutical project management at our state-of-the-art facility. Below are the details of the position:

Job Responsibilities
- Project Feasibility & Costing: Evaluate project feasibility and provide accurate cost estimations to ensure budget alignment.
- Design & Engineering: Collaborate with architects and design consultants for detailed engineering of pharmaceutical projects.
- Execution Planning: Develop execution plans, identify consultants, contractors, and vendors to meet project specifications, capacity, and quality standards.
- Resource Management: Mobilize and allocate manpower for efficient project execution.
- Coordination: Work with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure construction safety and adherence to US FDA/EU cGMP guidelines during project execution.
- Plant Performance: Demonstrate plant performance and facilitate smooth handover to the user team.
- Documentation & Capitalization: Complete project documentation and capitalize projects within stipulated timelines.
- Team Development: Train project teams in project management, GMP designs, engineering techniques, and construction safety.
- Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate technically and commercially with vendors to optimize project outcomes.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Monitor budgets and ensure projects are completed within quality parameters, allocated budget, and timelines.
Desired Experience
- Extensive experience in pharmaceutical sterile injectable (formulation/fill-finish) plant projects.
- Hands-on expertise in building facilities compliant with US FDA/EU cGMP guidelines.
- Proficiency in automated control systems with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Regulatory).
- Expertise in macro and micro planning using Gantt charts for project activities.
- Proven ability in contractor management, site supervision, and cost estimation.
