1. Head of Children Education & Animal Welfare
Role Overview
Lead the development and implementation of educational programs focused on animal welfare, particularly street dog awareness, for children aged 6–15.
Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design a dual-phase interactive curriculum rooted in compassion, safety, co-existence, and awareness of street dogs.
- Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for facilitators.
- Program Coordination: Ensure timely implementation across classrooms with measurable impact.
- Impact Assessment: Conduct reflective check-ins, gather narrative data and student feedback, and analyze findings for program scaling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Passion for education and animal welfare (essential).
- Experience in curriculum development or NGO sector preferred.
2. Education Manager
Role Overview
Deliver engaging sessions and workshops on animal welfare, kindness, and responsible pet ownership for diverse audiences, including children and adults.
Objectives
- Educate students about street dog behavior and welfare.
- Engage beneficiaries in Municipal, Private, BMC, and Zilla Parishad schools, as well as colleges, NGOs, and orphanages through classroom sessions and workshops.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver educational content tailored to various audiences.
- Facilitate interactive workshops to promote animal welfare.
- Collaborate with schools and organizations for program execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong passion for animal welfare (essential).
- Prior experience in education or NGO sector preferred.
- Excellent communication and audience engagement skills.
