Medical Coder / Senior Medical Coder / QA / QC Roles
Role Overview
We are seeking certified Medical Coders, Senior Medical Coders, and QA/QC professionals with expertise in specialties such as IP DRG, E/M, Surgery, ED, Radiology, Anesthesia, and IVR. These roles involve accurate coding, compliance with industry standards, and collaboration with healthcare teams to optimize revenue cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign accurate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services.
- Ensure compliance with CMS, AMA, and payer-specific guidelines.
- Review and audit medical records for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to verify documentation.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest coding standards and regulations.
