Open Positions
We are hiring Medical Coders, Senior Coders, and Quality Assurance (QA) Specialists with expertise in specific coding specialties. Candidates must hold at least one mandatory certification (CPC, CCS, COC, or CRC) and have experience in a healthcare BPO or medical coding environment.
Medical Coder / Senior Coder / QA
- Specialties: HCC, E&M, Radiology, IVR, ED Facility, Denials
- Qualification: Any graduate (Life Sciences, B.Pharm, B.Sc., or related fields preferred) with valid CPC, CCS, COC, or CRC certification
- Experience: 1–7 years in medical coding, with strong domain knowledge in at least one specialty
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in assigning accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes
- Expertise in HCC, E&M, Radiology, IVR, ED Facility, or Denials coding
- Knowledge of US healthcare coding guidelines and compliance standards
- Familiarity with coding software (e.g., EncoderPro, 3M) and EHR systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for QA roles
- Ability to handle high-volume coding with accuracy and efficiency
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes
- Ensure compliance with payer-specific guidelines and regulatory standards
- Perform quality audits and provide feedback for coding accuracy (QA roles)
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve coding queries
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in medical data processing
- Stay updated with coding guidelines (2025 ICD-10-CM/CPT codebooks required for CCS certification)
