AR Team Lead

- Experience: 3–7 years in Accounts Receivable (AR) or revenue cycle management, with 1–2 years in a leadership role

Qualifications
- CDI Specialists: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or allied health fields; certification in CDI (e.g., CCDS, CDIP) is a plus.

- AR Team Lead: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related fields; knowledge of US healthcare RCM is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and familiarity with HIPAA compliance are required for all roles.
Experience
- CDI Specialists: 2–5 years in clinical documentation improvement, medical coding, or clinical auditing in a healthcare setting.
- Patient Support Executive: 1–3 years in patient support, healthcare call centers, or customer-facing roles, preferably in US healthcare.
- AR Team Lead: 3–7 years in Accounts Receivable, medical billing, or RCM, with proven leadership experience.
Skills
CDI Specialists:
- Expertise in clinical documentation improvement and ICD-10 coding standards.
- Proficiency in reviewing medical records for accuracy and compliance.
- Knowledge of DRG (Diagnosis-Related Group) systems and clinical workflows.
Patient Support Executive:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction.
- Familiarity with healthcare call center operations and CRM tools.

AR Team Lead:
