Job Opportunity: Principal Clinical Data Manager

We are seeking an experienced Principal Clinical Data Manager to lead data management activities for multiple clinical study teams. This role offers a chance to drive excellence in clinical data management while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee data management activities across assigned study teams to meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Participate in interdepartmental meetings to align cross-departmental study needs and communicate insights to the Associate Director of Clinical Data Management.
• Serve as the primary sponsor contact for all data management aspects, including study start-up, maintenance, and completion.
• Provide expert input on planning and risk management, approving actions to resolve identified issues.
• Monitor study progress, track updates, and report issues with actionable insights to the Associate Director.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, such as USFDA and ICH-GCP.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 6–8 years in clinical data management, preferably in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.
• Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Statistics or a related field.

Skills:

• Expertise in eCRF development, SAE reconciliation, and coding review (e.g., MedDRA, CTCAE).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and data protection laws.
• Proficiency in data management tools and processes, including SAP and QMS (Deviation, CAPA).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
