1. Associate – Incubation Programs
Job Details
- Position: Associate – Incubation Programs (Full-Time)
- Location: Venture Center, 100, NCL Innovation Park, Dr. Homi Bhabha Road, Pashan, Pune – 411008, Maharashtra
- Experience: 0-3 Years (Freshers with relevant skills welcome)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Science or Engineering (e.g., B.Tech, M.Tech, BSc, MSc in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related fields)
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Support startups by connecting them with mentors, investors, and industry experts.
- Manage and execute accelerator programs, workshops, and networking events.
- Assist in program/project management, including grant applications and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with entrepreneurs to provide incubation support (e.g., business planning, market access).
- Multitask effectively with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ideal Candidate:

2. Support for Quality Assurance
Job Details
- Position: Support for Quality Assurance (Full-Time)
- Location: Venture Center, 100, NCL Innovation Park, Dr. Homi Bhabha Road, Pashan, Pune – 411008, Maharashtra
- Experience: 2-5 Years in QA/QC (Experience in GLP/ISO 17025 environments preferred)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Science or Engineering (e.g., BSc/MSc in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or B.Pharm/M.Pharm)
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Support QA/QC operations, including failure investigations, CAPA management, and risk assessments.
- Review Quality Management System (QMS) documents, SOPs, and validation reports.
- Coordinate equipment qualifications (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) and calibration activities.
- Facilitate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with GLP and ISO 17025 standards.
- Maintain documentation for regulatory compliance and support lab accreditation processes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with GLP, ISO 17025, or GMP standards in lab/pharma settings.
- Proactive in ensuring quality and compliance in a dynamic environment.
