Available Roles
We are hiring for the following positions in our Formulation R&D and Quality Control departments:
1. Scientist – Formulation Development
Qualification: M.Pharm
Experience: 3–6 years in:
- Solid oral dosage forms (tablets, capsules, multi-particulates)
- Semi-solid dosage forms (creams, ointments)
- Generic product development in a CRO or reputed pharma organization
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize formulations for generic products
- Conduct pre-formulation and formulation trials
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development
2. Instrumentation Engineer – Quality Control
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering
Experience: 2–3 years (Freshers are welcome!)
Skills:
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, IR, pH meters)
- Managing AMC, calibration, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Handling documentation, software, and maintaining a compliant lab environment
Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal performance of QC instruments
- Maintain accurate calibration and maintenance records
- Support QC team in maintaining a high-quality lab environment
3. Executive – Project Management (Formulation R&D)
Qualification: M.Pharm (MBA or Project Management Certification is a plus)
Experience: 2–3 years in project management within a CRO or generic formulation development team
Skills:
- End-to-end project management and technology transfer
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking project milestones
- Client communication, documentation, and expenditure tracking
Responsibilities:
- Manage formulation R&D projects from initiation to completion
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Facilitate effective communication between teams and clients
- Monitor project budgets and documentation
